I just started learning matlab and started with matlab r2013b for windows 10, but when I installed I had some troubleshoot problems, after installation,I could not open it, then I uninstalled it, but I can not delete matlab from DVD Drive D and F, it also indicates that I can not delete the file as it is in the system. Could you please give me some suggestions how to delete a matlab and then install again.
