How to create coneplot and coneplot data need to same direction and size?

Hi,

There is a named function coneplot which exactly does the same. For the data need to be in same direction, it depends upon the data that is being plotted because coneplot will not do any preprocessing on data. You can alter the velocity vector magnitude before plotting to make it uniform and thus the size looks same visually.
