How can I import data from a Delsys EMGWorks .hpf file into matlab for analysis?
An example of such a file can be found here: http://csusap.csu.edu.au/~jcannon/ePortfolio/
The file is called: Sub_4_James_Wickham_horizontal_leg_press_MVC_for_RF,_VL_and_possibly_BF_and_glutes_Plot_and_Store_Rep_1.4.hpf
Any help greatly appreciated. Regards, Jack

I think this is what you are looking for:
Delsys already provides you with an utility to convert data and the above code should help you read it into MATLAB.

I found a probably solution on official website of delsys:
I'm trying this script on my own muti-channels sEMG data
I'm afraid it can't handle complex signals with multiple channels.
