How do I link a DC Voltage Source to Embedded MATLAB Function like the next picture?

The DC Voltage Source block needs a "physical signal" to be connected to it. I think you might be able to use the Simulink-PS Converter block. (Sorry, can't answer with complete confidence because I have no experience with physical modeling)

But in the next image, which the block used? http://img706.imageshack.us/img706/6463/simulink.png

I'm sorry - is this related to your question about how to connect an Embedded MATLAB Fcn block to a DC Voltage Source?
Or is this a new question where you're asking what block this is? Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with physical modeling blocksets and don't recognize the block icon. However, you could figure it out by double-clicking on the block and look at the title of the dialog window.
