I am currently trying to model a chemical equilibrium where there is an in flow of matter using the simbiology add-on.
When I run the simulation I get the error message:
'Integration Tolerance Not Met'
What does that mean?

This means, that the integrator is not able to solve the problem inside the relative and absolute tolerances. It could be possible, that you've used bad values for the tolerances, or that you try to solve a stiff problem by a non-stiff solver.
Please post more details, when you want a more detailed answer.
