regarding linking matlab and code composer studio

I am doing project in image processing.I want to incorporate the developed algorithm into a DSP board.For that i have built a SIMULINK model corresponding to the algorithm.I am working on C6416DSK board and I have CCSV3.1 and MATLAB2007b. Can you please tell me for incorporating the SIMULINK model into the board which version of CCS is required?I also have MATLAB2010a.Is it possible to work with MATLAB2010a and ccs3.1.Do i need embedded coder?where will i get the required embedded IDE link?
