Installation and documentation for SeDuMi

I found a published paper that uses the SeDuMi add-on for MATLAB as part of an optomization algorithm, and I am hoping to implement that published algorithm.
I read that "SeDuMi stands for Self-Dual-Minimization" and it "lets you solve optimization problems with linear, quadratic and semidefiniteness constraints". However, I can't find it in the MATLAB documentation, and I found nothing helpful on the internet. I am using MATLAB R2010b. Please help me find documentation on how install and use the SeDuMi add-on.

I may have found the answer to my own question. It looks like SeDuMi is a third pary add-on that can be downloaded from.... http://sedumi.ie.lehigh.edu/
I didn't install it yet, but I will write back if I still have problems.
