Modulation classification with CNN

Hi. I want to classify modulation with Convolutional neural network also there are some document about it on https://www.mathworks.com/help/deeplearning/ug/modulation-classification-with-deep-learning.html but it is a little bit complex. Can anybody help me about how to start ?What should I do ?
