Problem in Buck converter simulation in simulink

Hi friends,

I have a little confusion simulationg simple buck converter circuit in simulink. The mdl file is shared here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/m31qj3yag6gq1y6/buck_mj.mdl Questions:

1 - Why do I see Buck output after around 10 seconds?

2 - Main voltage supply is 10 volts, why does the output voltage go to around 12-14 volts with spikes? Is it because of the random RLC values that I have chosen for my converter? Is there a way I can make it stable?
