Geoscatters plots the wrong coordinates

Hi everyone,
I am trying to use the geoscatter command to plot some data in a realistic map.
The problem is that everything I plot seems having a wrong location and usually a wrong size too (sometimes I plot data over a rectangular area of the map).
Here is a clear example:
Can anyone please help me with this?
Thank you in advance

What's the problem? Seems to agree reasonably well with maps of the surrounding area in northern Germany.
Both latitude and longitude are larger than the coordinates of the point plotted. In the map the data tip says 9.3 and 54.3 but actually the point is located at less than 9.2 and 54.2
Nope. The location of your point is in decimal degrees, the tick-marks are in degrees and minutes, 20 minutes corresponds to 0.3333... degrees.
I see... how can I plot my in decimals instead of degrees and minutes?
Got it, it's Property inspector -> Ticks -> TicksLabelFormat
