MTZ subtour elimination constraint

I am in the middle of doing my thesis on VRP and I am struggling to write a code for the MTZ (Miller-Tucker-Zemlin) constraint. Can anyone help me? The constraints are:
uik = 0 for all k
qi<=uik<=C for all i-idepot
uik-ujk+xijk*C<=C-qj for all i-idepot
I am not sure how to compute the uik because its not binary and it can be any integer. Please help.
