Make a histogram from a table

Hi, I'm trying to make a histogram from a table but I can't find how to do it. This is my table of values; the 1st column is the y-axis and the 2nd column is the x-axis. How do I do this?

Perhaps you want a bivariate histogram? If so, use histogram2.
