Could not connect to the board specified in Target Preferences block.

Hi, I working in windows 7 home basic with CCSv3.3, Matlab 2012a, when I run a model made in SIMULINK Y get the next error message "Could not connect to the board specified in Target Preferences block".

I have run checkEnvSetup('ccs','dm6437evm','setup'); everything look good, but when I run the model I get the error message, CCS recognize the board, and it get connect with that, I look the firewall and everything look right.

I start to suspect is the windows what dont lets work correctly MATLAB, Is there an incopability among these softwares?

what could be wrong, I have worked with these in windows XP before....

someone has some similar experience... regards!
