I can't complete installation of MATLAB, it says unable to retrieve products??

Hi @Sahar Abdelazim,
The most common causes for this problem are:
  • Windows Firewall is blocking network access
  • McAfee or Symantic or other anti-virus software is blocking network access
  • proxy problems
