How can i define the nodata tag for geotiffwrite?

is it possible to define the nodata tag for the export of a GeoTiff with geotiffwrite?

I am searching for the same answer. I use geotiffwrite to write out raster data with NaN but when I load the .tif files into ArcMap, the NaN's are converted into other numbers that Arc does not recognize (e.g. 1.36e-38) and getting the color map to display properly is very difficult.

Please help out MathWorks!
