repeated measures ANOVA matlab

Hi everyone

I get data from 28 subjects. for each one, there is a 7*15 matrix that measure 7 variable in 15 repetition. I want to do within subject ANOVA to analyze if there are differents between variables for each subjects.

You have a 7 x 15 within-subjects design with 28 participants. This is a straight-forward analysis. Post your data here and we'll see about doing the analysis in MATLAB. Perferably, organize your data into a single 28 x 105 matrix (with the repetitions data nested inside the data for each variable).
