How do I plot this on Matlab?

I have variables such as amplitude, scew, maximum slope, etc. There are over a thousand objects with each of these variables. How do I plot them all so as to use the whole table as input to MATLAB routines for clustering?

Why would you plot them to use the input for clustering? The clustering routines take datapoints, not graphics?
Is the idea that by graphing you would "know" how to assign cluster numbers to some (or all) of the points, and then you would submit the data together with the human-assessed labels to the clustering routines? If this is the case, it would seem more logical to assess the points by algorithm instead of by eye.

Yeah and they all have separate ID numbers
