Removing empty rows in the table in the array

3 views (last 30 days)
Hello,
I am trying to get rid off all the empty rows in the table fter I imported it in the cell array. My source array name is src_files and i this particular case I am trying to use 3rd one on the collum with a variable "Time".
I have tried two ways I found here and non of them are working.
Error I am having is : "Check for incorrect argument data type or missing argument in call to function 'isnan'."
src_files{3} = src_files{3}(:,~all(isnan(src_files{3}.Time)));
src_files{3}( all( isnan( src_files{3}.Time ), 2 ), : ) = [];
Thanks !

In the end I used "rmmissing" function witch is less buggy than isnan....
src_files{3} = rmmissing(src_files{3},'DataVariables',{'Longitude','Latitude'})
