Hi,
I have some challange:
  1. I'm using preaaty old version of Matlab - R14 SP3.
  2. I have some waw data which consists of some variables which is proccessed. The data is then proccessed and some of it minimized in size. Then the data (both raw and proccessed) is plotted. For example I have some data (in blue) and some proccessed data in red. I have also a second figure which is both raw data and proccessed data
  3. As I see the proccessed data is the interesting one for me for further analysis, I'd like to have a selection of area on 1st figure and have an automatic focus on that area on the second figure.
Is there some way to do it?
I'm familiar with linkaxes for same axes plots/subplots. Is there some way to perform it on different scale axes?

Hi,
Maybe you can try to employ ginput() to select the region and plot the selected region afterwards. Along the way you would need use logical indexing as well to plot only selected region of data.

I'm aware of ginput, but I'm not sure how this one can help me.
