Write Chinese and English string in word document containing Table using actxserver

I need to create Table in word document using actxserver from M-Script. If table has only English string then those are shown without any issue. If Table strings include both English and Chinese characters, then I see ony English charactres/strings are written properly by script. Chinese characters are written as '?'.

The Table is defined cell array. when chinese characters included in string particular those characters read as '?'.

Declaration in M-script -

TableOfErrorInfo = {'Str11', '释放所据', 'Str22';
                            'Str21', 'Str22', 'Str23'};

in database

TableOfErrorInfo = {'Str11', '????', 'Str22';
                    'Str21', 'Str22', 'Str23'}

instaed of actual definition i see question marks. Due to this Table pasted in word document also i see '????'.

Please help to resolve same if there is patch of code to resolve this issue.

This is not something I have ever worked on myself (I do not have Word installed, and I mostly use Mac)
