HOW TO USE LOOP TO DO MULTIPLE SIMULATION ONCE?

I wantr to use the nural network toolbox in order to make a thing,now,here i have about 1000 different combination,to run it in the toolbox for 1000 times is very boring,is there any way i can do it faster

The only thing I can really ask now is, can you vectorize some of your setups?
