This enhancement has been made for Release 14 (R14). For previous product releases, read below for any possible workarounds:
The Power System Blockset creates a state-space representation of the model prior to the start of the simulation. If you change the block parameters of the block, the Power System Blockset is not able to update the state-space representation of the model and the parameter modification will have no effect until the end of the simulation.
