breakyaxis([minYvalue,maxYvalue])
Splits the y axis into two separate regions to avoid unnecessary blank space. The split interval is determined by the y-axis values minYvalue and maxYvalue
Example:
a=20*rand(21,1)+10;
figure;hold on;
plot(a);
breakyaxis([14 21]);
