Function colca.m contains code for the simulation of a nearest neighbour network of Collatz cells. Shows a number of fractal patterns more or less ordered depending on the initial conditions used. Function colnet.m contains a simplified version of a neural net type of synamical system with arbitrary weights and sensory input from an external file. Guidelines are provided in the description section inside.
