In this submission, a robust variable power fractional least mean square (RVP-FLMS) algorithm is implemented for the problem of plant identification. The RVP-FLMS algorithm was presented in ICCSCE 2016 – the 6th IEEE International Conference on Control Systems, Computing and Engineering.
