Tissue Thickness Estimation via Minimum Line Integrals
This toolbox can be used to compute the tissue thickness, such as the cortical thickness, from soft-segmented 3D medical images (tissue probability maps) via a volumetric approach based on minimum line integrals (Aganj et al, HBM 2009).
