Interface between ANSYS and MATLAB

Hi,

I am trying to perform non linear optimisation using MATLAB and the FEA suite in ANSYS. I can call the ansys program in batch mode but am not sure how to pass the variables to ansys and return the outputs back to MATLAB.

I would suggest asking this in an ANSYS forum. Once you know which external interfaces ANSYS has, you can ask how MATLAB can communicate with that external interfaces provided my ANSYS.
