can anyone send code for superpixel segmentation using multimodal mri brain images which segments tumour core specifically?

Can you share on sample image please? Without seeing images, its quite hard to commnet on segmentation approaches. .

I am sorry,i am unable to copy that image,it is a indexed image that is ".mat" extension(BRATS data set). I used SLIC algorithm for generating supervoxels and i was unable to do further process for segmenting tumour .can anyone solve this?
