Could anybody please let me know how can I write the codes in MATLAB to send TCP packets from source to destination via a satellite node if the link properties between them are

data rate: 10 Mbps

Delay: 250 ms

Loss rate: 1%

If you provide us some maths or model details, only we can help you. Please note that most members may not be satellite communications experts.
