Where can I get toolbox for control of marine riser tensioners or available codes?

Am having a control design requirement and would need some help with the toolbox or codes available that on the control of marine risers and the tensioners. This is for offshore marine applications using Matlab and Simulink so that I can couple it with Orcaflex which I have used to design the hydrodynamics for my marine riser on the platform. If you also have codes on fatigue analysis of marine risers as my research is on mechanics and hydrodynamics of composite marine risers, and any help would be appreciated.
