Can I make MATLAB to read the figure of multiple dot plots in the same program and use the read image for further image processing?

I am getting a figure of multiple dot plots by using 'hold on' and 'figure' commands. The problem is that when I save the figure in any format it gets noise and many other colors appear which make life hell. I want to make the program to read that figure and use it to make the dimesions of the figure 1000 x 1000 and remove the ticks and ticks lablels. Kindly help as I am searching for it and either I dont know where to look for it or missing something else.
