Is it possible to give a hex input to stateflow chart from simulink?

Hi, i want to give hex input from simulink to a stateflow chart which does some shifting and the gives the shifted output to simulink.
hw can we do that ?

What do you mean by hex input?
If you mean hex represented number (like 0x5A), then it is just a representation of number. You can pass the equivalent decimal value to chart and do the operation as you want. Representing values in Hex format is not supported in Simulink (except some output blocks like 'Display' which can show the numbers in hex format).

yeah, i meant like giving 0xff like that only, so if i want to give some hex value , i should convert it and send it to the chart , right?.
