How to Use "Ask a Question" Section Correctly?

This section of "Ask a Question" has a different view now with MATLAB Live Editor. And the tab for formatting has been disappeared.
I can't see the formatting tab. There is no section to choose the MATLAB commands to distinguish the MATLAB commands from the
question text.
I don't know how to use this new form of "Ask a Question". ' ...
% Should I text the question by using the percentage symbol ?
Is there a guide for this about how to use this platform?

Hi Ercan, thanks for flagging this. I have seen the same behavior this morning in Chrome, other browsers seemed to work fine. I will report this internally.
UPDATE (at around 11 AM CET, Jan 14 2021): I can see and use the formatting tab again in Chrome. Ercan, do you still experience the same problems? Which browser and which browser version are you using?

Hi, I'm experiencing the same issue as Ercan - another thing to note is every time I view a question, if I try to close the tab or click the "back" button it says "Changes that you made may not be saved.", even if I have made no changes.
Edit to add I'm using Chrome on Windows 10. I can't see the format tab.
This is what the editor looks like in Firefox on my Ubuntu system:
Not exactly pleasing to the eye.
Dear Mischa Kim, I checked it again with a different browser (Microsoft Edge). And yes, it works fine in Microsoft Edge web browser. However in my Chrome web browser (Version 87.0.4280.141 (Official Build) (64-bit), on Windows 10), I still have the same thing.
I was worried about that if I was using the platform incorrectly. So I felt to ask it. (Because the text of my questions looks like a MATLAB command).
If this is a temporary, then it is okey, no problem. I am not in a hurry. I was just surprised when I see it like that. Therefore I asked. Probably the technical personnel will solve it soon.
Thank you everyone here who was interested in my situation immediately and reported about it.
To fix my case, I closed the browser window, but with Safari still active. Then I cleared all browser history. Then I opened a new page to use Answers. It now finds the proper header with all formatting tools.
(Answers dev) This is happening because of the old editor files that were cached by the browser. We recently updated those files so clearing the browser's cache should fix the issue.
Clearing cache wasn't sufficient for me. I had to clear cookies as well.

Use shift-reload to load the page back in, which will update the cached version of the style sheets.
You should only have to do that once (per browser)

It looks like this is a (surely quickly fixed) bug in the site itself.
They recently made some changes, allowing users to use a version of the live editor on Answers. A few of us had it enabled as beta testers, and it was to have gone live soon for all.
The entire formatting bar is gone now for me too (Mac OSX, 11.1, using the Safari browser), so the problems seems to happen with multiple systems.
Misha has reported it, but I have also sent in a report, and will followup on that.
Sorry about the problem.
Clearing cookies was sufficient for me.

Another issue: on a Mac, using Safari, when I try to enter a question, the Ask a Question interface first asks for a brief description of the issue, then for a more complete description. But recently (since updating to R2024b), I can't enter the cursor into the box provided for that fuller description. Clicking in there exhibits a blue field partially covering the box. If instead I tab from the brief description, it takes me to the enter keywords field. No amount of forward or reverse tabbing gets me to the full description entry box.
