Hello,
I have an image of a droplet on a plane surface and I am trying to measure its height and diameter. I know it has something to do with pixels and resolution of the camera, but I am not too sure as to how to do it.
Also, if I can draw lines as highlighted, how would I measure the contact angle?
Any help will be much appreciated as I do not have much experience with the software.

Has the camera been calibrated? Why do the edges of the plane surface look curved?

Hello @Matt J,
Thanks for the reply sir. You are right, I am still working on getting better images.
But, if you could help me determine the contact angle and height of diameter of the droplet, that would be very very helpful.
I looked up a couple of posts about contact angle on this forum, but could not get anything concrete.
Thanks for the help again.

If I've understood correctly, you would like to measure the dimensions and contact angle of an object in a given image. There is a similar question about finding the size of an object in an image which has been answered. You can refer to it as a starting point:
Furthermore, to determine the contact angle you can refer to the following documentation which explains how to measure the angle of intersection in an image:
