I want to run a simulink & Simscape model on FPGA platform. i am trying to use an example from MATLAB Toolbox for this. But when i try to setup the HDL Coder Support Package for Xilinx Zynq platform, following error pops up in first step itself. I selected board "Zedboard" and clicked "next" and the error pops up saying " Dot indexing is not supported for variable of this type" .
i am stuck here.

The root cause of this issue is identified and fixed in the MATLAB version R2022a. Please reach out to the MathWorks Support team for patch if you get this issue in older releases of MATLAB. Refer the link for Bug Report - https://www.mathworks.com/support/bugreports/2530537

This is not expected behavior.
Can you share the issue and model/version details to support@mathworks.com?

MathWorks team is investigating the issue and will provide an update shortly. Any additional reproduction steps are helpful (machine configuration, products installed etc.,) as this is not reproducible in R2021b release.
