In the previous versions, we were able to change the reaction line properties to Reactant, Product, or Reactant and Product. This option is not available in 2021b. How do we change the proerpties if we reaction line is both Reactant and Product?

You can still modify any line property by clicking on the line in Model Builder. It works also just fine for dashed lines between a species and a reaction where this specie sis both a reactant and product.

Hello,
I am not able to change the property to reactant and product. The dashed line does not appear. I am not asking about the color change. It was straightforward in the previous versions where I could just double click and change the directioality of the reaction. That option does not exists anymore. Here is the screenshot.

I see what you mean now. This Line properties box has indeed been removed.
To have a species be both a reactant and product of a reaction, you can use one the following two options:
- you can first draw a line from the species to the reaction. Then, if you draw another line from the reaction to the species, SimBiology will convert the first continuous line into a dashed line and will change the reaction accordingly (add the species to both sides of the reaction).
- you can add your species manually to both sides of the reaction in the reaction property: species + reactant → species + product. SimBiology will then automatically draw a dashed line between the species and reaction.
