Connecting to a MQTT Broker from the Atlas Scientific Software

I am trying to read some sensors from Atlas Scientific using their software.
It has instructions to connect to adafruit and mosquitto brokers, but I didn't see instructions to connect to a device in ThingSpeak
Has anyone being able to connect to the Atlas Scietific Software?

Yes, page 7 of those instructions is key. Create a device in ThingSpeak, save its parameters, and look at the publish page to find the right topic. I imagine it should be possible, but there are a few advanced settings that may still get in the way if they arent exposed. (but I didnt see any mention in the instructions so fingers crossed)
