Next Generation Sequencing with Bioinformatics Toolbox: Exploring Protein-DNA Binding Sites from Paired-End ChIP-Seq Data

In this webinar you learn how to perform Next Generation Sequence (NGS) visualization and analysis using MATLAB and Bioinformatics Toolbox.  An applied ChIP-Seq example is used to illustrate key components of NGS analysis including:

      • Visualizing sequence reads using the NGS browser in Bioinformatics Toolbox
      • Peak detection using wavelet denoising
      • Working with pair end short reads
      • Generating coverage plots at the base pair level of resolution
