Refer to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scattering_parameters for the information about the system of scattering parameters.

Your function has two input parameters: a function F, simulating some device, described by the system of S-parameters; and number of input signals n. The input of function F is column vector A of incoming signals, output is column vector B of scattered signals. Find the S matrix, describing the system.
