Problem 51808. Determine when snow started
R.P. Agnew posed the following problem: It starts snowing in the morning and continues steadily throughout the day. A snowplow that removes snow at a constant rate starts plowing at noon. It plows 2 miles in the first hour and 1 mile in the second. What time did it start snowing?
Write a function to solve this problem. The inputs will be the time the snowplow started (given as a string), two consecutive time intervals and , and the distances and traveled in the first and second time intervals, respectively. Return the time that the snow started, rounded to the nearest minute, as a string.
