Problem 60291. Minimize a quadratic function

Write a function to minimize the function F(x,y,z) =ax^2+by^2+cz^2-dxy+exz+fz+g. The coefficients a, b, and c will be positive. Give the coefficients in a vector coeffs = [a b c d e f g], return the point (x,y,z) at which the function is minimum as well as the minimum value.
